I was banded June 24th and the doctor saw me 2 weeks later and he released me to swim. I had my incisions gluded shut. If you have stitches or bandages that may be another story.

Same here! Swimming and dancing are 2 things I LOVE to do! I had surgery July 22nd and my Doc wants me to hold off. I'm excited for both of us when the time comes that we can swim again! :D

Yeah I have glue, and I see my Doc in about a week so by then I should be cleared. Only difference with me is I had an issue after surgery so he wanted me to hold off on physical activity until he clears me again. I'm excited for you though! I want to get into my pool before summer is over! lol!!!
