Weight Chart

Can someone tell me how to make a weight chart. My surgery date is May 17 and I want to be ready to go...lol Thanks:help:

I'm not sure exactly what kind of weight chart but here are a few samples:

1st goal - 220lbs met on 04/19/2006:clap2:

2nd goal - 210lbs met on 05/06/2006:clap2::notagree

3rd goal - 200lbs met on ___/___/2006

4th goal - 190lbs met on ___/___/2006

5th goal - 180lbs met on ___/___/2006

6th goal - 170lbs met on ___/___/2006

7th goal - 160lbs met on ___/___/2006

8th goal - 150lbs met on ___/___/2006

9th goal - 140lbs met on ___/___/2006

www.Fitday.com has an excellent weight chart for setting goals, and the food diary is great if you download the advanced version for $20.

If you have Excel, I can send you my Excel weight chart if you want.
