What to expect

I had my consult appointment on Wednesday. I have my psych evaluation and nutrition appointments this next week. What should I expect out of them? They told me the psych evaluation was going to take 2 hours!!!! If I'm not crazy when I go in I'm sure I will be by the end of it!

My psych eval was just some standard questions. I'm sure each doc is different but my psych eval was pretty low key and we just kind of talked and laughed about stuff in a very conversational way.

My psych eval was not to bad. Just remember to be your self and answer the questions and before you know it the session will be over. The NUT (nutrition appointment) will have a lot of information regarding your journey with food so take advantage and listen up and hopefully you will get some information to read at a later date.

Part of the 2 hours may be filling out the MMPI.
