    Hi Julie !

    I host a coffee group in Durham near the Oshawa GO Station.

    I post the information here...I can also email you out a flyer. Our next group will be in Sept... we meet once a month. (not meeting in Aug. because many people are on vacation). It's a great way to connect with people at all stages of the lapband journey.

    Hi Tomander. That's great I will try to get to your coffe group. I have not been banded yet. I have my surgery July 25th. Just wanted to put some feelers out for local support.
