Day 1 today

I am soooooo hungry it's torture lol. I wish I could lock myself in a room so I'm not tortured by sights and smells of food. Feeding my kids tonight is going to be tough. The broth makes me sick I can't eat it.

Are you post or pre-op? I've said it before...and I'll say it again. I have such respect for those of you who are trying to do this while feeding others. I live alone and that means I eat only what I need to...and I don't have to worry about anyone else. Good luck to you and stay strong!!

I'm pre op. I've made it through the day but not easily. Hard to imagine 2 weeks of this. I did good today and I made myself an eating schedule that I am sticking to so I am not starving
