    Thank you x

  • Your doctor and or nutritionist should have provided you with that information but 60 to 80 is the norm. Good luck.

Just got back from the doc she said 60 - 80. Yesterday I had over 100grams and she told me not to do that again as it can lead of kidney stones and possibly kidney failure 0_0

Multiply your body weight in pounds by .36 to figure out your daily requirement of protein in grams.

I asked my doctor about the protine today, hes advised me that i dont focus on gettin the protine in until after my first band adjustment, he said obviously its good if i can get protine in my diet but its not essential at the moment as its the healing process not the weight loss process, although i will loose weight at this stage. Feel better now :) x
