just got my date

My surgeons office called today I'm set for August 12 and I start my pre-op diet Monday... wish me luck...I'm going to by meal replacement shakes do you all recommend anything!?

    Much less expensive to buy the powder and make yourself vs buying premade. Also, often less sugar.
