I start my liquid diet next week.

I can't believe how quickly it's approaching. It's all becoming so real and I am sooooooo nervous. I was just wondering for those of you who have been here when you ate the broths did u add whey to it to make it more filling? I'm still going to be working and caring for 3 young children I don't want to feel hungry/dizzy/tired and headachy all day. I want to be as full as possible. I remember my nutritionist saying to just sip soup all day long.

Hey! My doctor is a little more strict but I started my diet this morning. Found myself more hungry when I was around others eating. I had to make food for others and that was a little hard but I just followed the rules. I wasn't dizzy, but it is just the first day. I did take it slow with my soup, savored every bite! haha! Best Wishes!
