New beginnig

My pre-op diet starts today. Is anyone using true results? I want to know what pre-op diet they told you to do.

    I used True Results in Dallas, but I think even the doctor's in TR vary on their diets. My pre op diet was basically 2 meals with protein/veggies and 2 protein shakes for 2 weeks. It wasn't too bad. :)

    I used TR in Scottsdale and the diet varied based on your BMI and whether or not you were diabetic.
