Whats a good protein?

I need a good post-op and pre-op protein. Has anyone tried unjury??? My protein has to be clear.

    Lean Body by Labrada is really good ! No after taste . I blend it with frozen fruit and ice and Water . I sprinkle it with Truvia in the blender . Super delicious !

    Kbush, I know Isopure has clear Protein in bottles. They have different flavors. I personally think they cost way too much.
