Sit ups

I am over 7weeks post op and I wanna know if it is ok to do sit ups now and have others have.

    I would get clearance from your surgeon but I started the 30 day ab challenge at 10 weeks post op and have had no problems.

    I think she means that your starting weight says 109lbs and your goal weight says 80lbs. Did you mean Kilos?
