I feel my bones!

I was in bed, lying on my side I began to feel something hard. I sit up and pull the covers back to examine what this is??? Turns out it was just my legs and the bones around my knee and thigh area that I have never felt because they have been buried under so much fat! I've since also felt my upper arm bones as well. Feels great! :-)

how great for you... I discovered that I have collar bones after many years of them being hidden in fat also... I can't wait to feel my hip bones...

That's awesome! Great job! Keep up the good work! :D

This is great,a friend commented on my neck bones the other day and how skinny I was getting. Someone even said I had match-sticks legs. Now that was goin a little too far. But Im lovin it...

Love it! I find myself poking my bones a lot these days! :)

I remember when that happened to me. It's still very surreal to see hip bones, collar bones, rib cage, etc. I dont know if I'll ever get used to it :)

That's awesome!! Thanks for sharing! These kinds of topics are always so fun to read and so motivational! I noticed I can feel the bones in my face when I wash it and my hands feel very different when I rub lotion on them! I too cant wait to see hip bones!!! :)
