I had surgery 2 months ago and although I saw my portion size go down I was really frustrated to see that I wasn't losing the weight. A week ago I had my 3rd fill and omg... I can bearly get food down. Not sure if the dr wanted to stop my complaining or really help me, the thing is that after two bites I literally have to push it out bc if I try to keep it in it really hurts. Could this be a sign that I need to unfill a bit or should I give it time to get used to it? If I stick to soups and puddings its not bad but I dint want to eat soup for the rest if my life....
