Pcos

So before I started the whole lap band process I was diagnosed with PCOS and I rarely had a period. Since I've lost 42 pounds my cycle has returned for the past 2 months! Has anyone with PCOS gotten pregnant after having the band?

Sounds so funny, but I'm happy for you that you started! hahaha. Hopefully it will regulate and you can have progress! I have a similar condition, its not PCOS, they thought it was... but they said hopefully after I lose some weight and start regulating I will have a better chance on concieving. Best wishes to you! I have not been pregnant but I think the band will do me wonders! XX

I have PCOS too! And this fact was one of the reasons to get banded. I was banded 4/10 and I'm only 14 pounds down because I had a car accident after I was banded and i can't exercise (I'm in banders hell now when you are hungry and fighting with yourself to not overeat). Hopefully I can keep loosing. My goal is to loose all my extra weight to start a family. Also I have notice my skin is changing and getting shinier :)
