8 weeks 2nd Fill Monday

Well it has been 8 weeks since my first fill, I can eat almost anything I want. Tonight I had a bowl of chilli con carne. On the plus side I have lost 36 lbs, my sister came to visit me and we took two weeks vacation, although I walked miles every day I did eat more. Roll on Monday till my 2nd fill, time to get this show on the road finally.

  • Chili Con Carne is a slider food. It's one of those foods that usually pass through the stoma with ease. Try eating fish, chicken or ground beef and see if you feel any restriction or early satiety?

Good start. Keep up the good work! Don't count on fills to do all the work.

Thanks all for the advice, I never considered chilli would be a slider. I should have known though coz it goes down real good (lol). I must agree I have learned that to get the best out of the band you have to work with it and I love you guys for keeping me on track.
