I have basics that are in my info pack like asparagus which I am sad about but just wondering how people are with broccoli or raw carrots ect

I've done ok with raw broccoli and raw carrots....just remember to chew and chew some more.

I've also done cucumbers, peppers, and sugar snap peas without any problems.

No veggies bother me as long as I follow the rules. I've been stuck on some apple peels, peach peels a few times.

It's a matter of trial an error I guess , I enjoy a lot of different veggies and fruit and would hate to have to give a lot of them up , I guess we will see
