Neck fat

My daughter noticed today I have a turkey neck from losing weight. Now when I look in the mirror that's all I see! Does anyone know if the lifestyle lift is my only hope?

Hmmm I dont know what a lifestyle lift is, I assuming you are talking about a neck/lower facelift. I am actually all for surgery to sort out anything that cannot be sorted by exercise, I dont know how your looks or how unhappy it makes you. If it makes you unhappy after doing all this hard work I would say get it fixed :)

I don't know how the lifestyle lift works, but if it does what it says I'd say go for it.

Try wrinkle cream at night. It has helped me some and not nearly as bad as it was.

Well, I see the infomercial all the time for the Lifestyle lift. It looks like it might work. I might consider that after Zi reach my goal.

All you can do is give it a try. It has worked for me.
