    Great job, you look amazing!

    I was banded 1/30/12 and started at 330. I have been at goal for 3 months now and am at 166. Yes, it can be done.

    I ate 500-600 calories while losing and exercised everyday. Now I eat about 800-900 calories and still exercise every day.
