    July people we have at a minimum 4 days left to go !!!checking in to see how everyone is doing ? I'm on an emotional roller coaster but excited to get the band n lose weight n keep it off . If I was able to make it through these pre op diet days while all the last week of school celebrating going on with the food galore n drinking my shakes n only getting 3-5 a day I think I'm ready for this life journey ill be embarking on on Monday ... Scared as hell but willing to jump in both feet first .....
