I have been struggling with noticing the changes that come from weight loss. I have now lost 67lbs and still had trouble seeing it. Till now, I was looking at old vacation photos and saw how large my face was only 10mnths ago. I have only been banded for 6 months but this was an eye opener for me. :rolleyes:
