B vitamins....

I take a complete B complex the pill is very large and I doubt I will be able to swallow after I am banded , does anyone know of a chewable or liquid ?

I believe Bariactric Advantage.com has some chewable options. I know they do for the multi and Calcium so they may for the B complex, you could check it out if you want. Their stuff is really good and recommended by my Dr.
