Burping air

Since my last fill 3 weeks ago, I take one or two bites the most and then start feeling full and burping air for like three hours. No more eating for me. I am so uncomfortable. I have a 14cc band with 9.3 cc What should I do or any advice please? I want to eat something other than certain chips like funyuns or pringles.

It sounds as if you might be too tight. I would consider calling the docs office for a light unfill, even a small amount out could resolve the problem. You may also be eating too fast or with bites that are too large. Tiny bites, chew chew chew, wait and then another tiny bite!

The belching never seems to go away and we bandsters have to eat REALLY slow or we get (PB) productive burping also I have noticed if we don't drink enough or eat our very small portions like a protein drink or protein bar or even keep our water on hand that we have A LOT of air that wants to escape , so it does happen I am 10 months out and have lost and yes it is going slow but I have noticed these things about the belching or even the gas oh my sometimes just a couple of sips or just a bite of something seems to cure the air that wants to escape.

to tight

It sounds like you're too tight, and if you're resorting to chips and funyuns for food, you're eventually going to start gaining weight because of it.

I'd make an appointment with your doctor, tell him what's going on, and let him help you decide.
