    So I am 6 mo in and down 46 filled at 5.3 of 10cc band and seemed to have hit a plateau- any advice?

    Smiles, I hit a plateau but I just kept following my meal and workout plan and the scale would eventually start moving again. It was during the plateau that I lost the most inches. You are doing great, just stay the course.
