Diet reccomendations?

I haven't been to the gym very much in the past 3-3.5 weeks because I'm having some pretty serious hip problems that I'm going to see an orthopedist for soon. But I want to be able to at least maintain my weight while I'm going through all of this, which means I need to alter my diet a bit. Does anyone have any tips for a diet to help maintain?

  • Just low calorie, band friendly diet should work.

I eat 1200 calories a day, high protein (60-70g) low carb diet. I have followed this throughout my loosing weight as well as maintaining for the last 6 months.

  • You especially want to watch your carbs if you are not working out. Lean protein, fruits and green, red and purple veggies (avoid starchy veggies)
