Find the best hospital close to you. Call the insurance dept. and ask if they are a center of excellence in bariatric surgery. If a hospital as the center of excellence stamp then it's good, with low complication rates- then ask what doctor do bariatric surgery there.

The area around Ocala has a highly regarded Bariatric "Center for Excellence", which you could locate through Google.

I'm not certain what financing options they may offer. The benefits for surgery at a Center for Excellence is that they offer an excellent pre op and post op education program which assists greatly to increase your knowledge of the tools necessary for success with weight loss.
