Ointment?

Should I put some antibacterial ointment on these open cuts? Just had surgery Thursday...

    Open Cuts? Yikes!

    Didn't they send you home with steri-strips or dissolving sutures?

    I'm sure you have steri-strips still... I was able to take my strips off 7days post op but felt uncomfortable leaving them "open" so I put new strips on for a few more days. After that I put neosporin on them for about a week and then that was it. It helped with the dryness of them and now they look great!

    Well the little incisions the dr said the things woukd come off in the shower and they did.. I think there actually glued closed... The 2 bigger incisions are still covered with the steri strips..I just don't want any infection on the 3 small wounds
