  • I use the Shakes at Costco called "Premier Protein." They come in Choc and Vanilla and they have 30 grams of protein, 160 cals and only 1 gram of sugar.

I like the Premier Protein Shakes too! I get mine at Sam's Club - less than $19 for a box of 12. I haven't tried the Vanilla yet. I do have several Unjury and True Results canisters of powder if an

How costly are the bariatric advantage drinks or vitamins?

Mixed my unjury vanilla with vanilla almond milk this morning and it was delish and very smooth. Got the best mix (no grainy bits) with this than just water or with skim milk. Next time I will buy unsweetened almond milk and see how that is - this combo was kinda high in sugar carbs.

What flavors do u like ?

So far I like the vanilla & chocolate splendor.

I've been checking out the designer whey powders. The have similar nutritional info as the unjury but use stevia instead for the sweetener. They are also a lot cheaper. Has anyone tried this brand?

I am intrigued! Is the brand called 'designer whey'? Is there a website?

I have the designer whey unflavored powder. I haven't used the other but it tastes fine.

Yes that is the name. It does have a website but you can't purchase from there. It does show a list of retailers. I got a can of the double chocolate today. I'll let you know how it tastes.

I like the GNC Total Lean chocolate and Vanilla Bean and also the Pure Protein Frosty Chocolate. If you go to GNC, they will let you taste them before you buy. I do the ready to drink shakes because I don't like messing around with shaking, mixing, blending, etc. Good luck to you!

I'm with ya on that! I'd prepare so much food otherwise for the rest of the family.. I need my shakes to be easy! haha. I love that GNC lets you taste them before hand, I didn't know that! I will be going tomorrow because I start my diet on Friday! :D
