Worried! Possible Slippage?

Ok let me give it to you straight. My friend made tacos but I told her I didnt want any. But insisted and prepared me 1. I bit it and it went down and came right back up. It was the worst feeling ever.

I havent vomitted since 2001 and I had the flu then. I was banded in Feb 2013, should I be worried about my band slipping. Right now Im scared to eat anything. I just be adding fluids and eating sugar free freeze pops.

HELP I NEED ANSWERS.

I doubt it. Most of the time if you are not in the early stages vomiting doesn't cause a slippage unless you are doing it frequently and violently. So I wouldn't worry to much. You may want to be kind to you band for a day, soft foods only, then go back to regular. If you notice you are having more problems with food going down, go see your doctor.
