I am having trouble eating some meat and cant stand any of the protein shakes and believe me I have tried 8 different brands. Is there any other good ways to get my protein in?

Theres a link from my Nut she just posted Monday...maybe it'll help.

"Can you still get enough Protein in while choosing meatless options? Yes, you absolutely can! There are lots of meat-free protein sources that can help you get the nutrition that you need without meat. Some of the best meat-free protein sources include eggs, low-fat or fat-free dairy products such as milk, yogurt, Greek yogurt, cheese and cottage cheese, Beans, nuts, nut butters and soy products, such as tofu, edamame, soy nuts, and soy milk."

Maybe you can try an unflavored Protein powder and add it in to thing you eat, like yogurt, Soups, applesauce, cottage cheese. you can make your own fruit smoothie and put it in that, etc... Good luck..
