work out buddy in illinois

Hi I had lap band 2 yrs ago just went to the dr on may 3 the dr wasn't happy to remove Fluid but for the last several months there has been up and down changes Februrary lost a pound March gained 1 pound. Then April up 2 pounds and May up one pound. To date "I have been happy with the weight loss the reason why I had asked the dr to remove fluid from band was about 3-4 times a week 'I throw up and this isnt the first time. He had suggested going with the bypass since I am two yrs out and according to their paper work i am down 53 lbs but that has been since surgery, since I did the pre-op diet for 6 weeks (mostly weight loss shakes 3 times a day that was my choice not his) So I have good intentions on starting work outs but quit quick since i dont have a work out buddy, but since i am also going through school i use that as an excuse quite often. I do go to the y m ca but not that often and I have paid a trainer to do my weight/strength training just to keep me accountable.

So if there is any one in o'fallon, swansea, fairview heights, belleville, even collinsville/maryville area that is also in need of a accountability partner please send me a message
