    Awesome, just don't forget that Protein is your first concern, I know it seems counter intuitive, but every meal should be protein first, then if you have room veggies and after that, fruit.

    Are you taking a Multivitamin? I have a brand from cvs that is like adult gummy Vitamins. Tastes pretty good and goes down really easy.
