upper body strength....

Hey everyone!

I've recently started doing pole fitness as exercise. Thing is, I have basically no upper body strength. And to do this awesomely, I need to build some. I have a gym membership and I lift weights. But I'm looking for something new to try. Any suggestions?

I know its old school but my trainer tell me push ups and pull ups sooo hard for most women at first but you would be surprised how fast you gain upper body strength with them

Look up 100 Pushups. There's a website and there are apps. Even if you can't do one good pushup right now, you will be surprised by your progress.

Thanks ladies. I'll do that. Push ups have always been my sworn enemy. But I'm definitely going to start. I think they'll help tremendously!!!
