Hey all!!

My name is Breanne, I was banded in 2009 and have been on lapbandtalk since I 2008. I am happy to have found an off topic area because I really need some help from my fellow bandsters and didn’t want to post this in an inappropriate thread.

I’ve been singing since I was 10 years old but when I got up to 252lbs I gave it up entirely because of my low self esteem. In 2011 after being banded for 2 years I started singing again because I started to believe in myself and I regained some confidence!

I’m in a song writing competition right now, and I’m hoping you won’t mind me asking if you’d consider voting for me? My whole name is Breanne Primeau and the song is called “Take the First Step” and the lyrics are very symbolic of my weight loss journey.
