Follow up Today

Just thought I'd give a quick update here...Today it has been two weeks since my surgery. I have my 2 week update later this afternoon with my surgeon. My incisions seem to be healing well. I've lost 30 pounds and I'm feeling good. I try to work through that gas the best that I can...ugh that can be painful! But I've been walking and walking and drinking a tea at night that has been really helping to push things through!

I've had scrambled eggs to eat, Protein shakes, unsweetened tea, lots of Water, SF

Popsicles and a little bit of mashed sweet

Potatoes. Wonder if I'll be able to add anything else into my diet after seeing him today...guess I'll find out.

Congratulations!! Keep up the good work!!

Congratulations! Very exciting. I am a week out and a little bummed that with the liquids the scale hasn't budged since day of surgery. Started soft/pureed food today. The scrambled egg this morning was wonderful!

Hope your appointment goes well this afternoon!
