Muscle Milk Light

Hi, today is day 3 post-op and I'm feeling fabulous! After a night a big farts LOL I feel super good today. Now I can start the next stage in my diet, with protein shakes, so my hubby got me this delicious peach mango muscle milk light, but I tried just a little bit and I feel I can drink anymore and I feel like bubbles out of my thought, what's that? I know I need to drink it, but it will take me hours!

You probably need to thin it by mixing it with skim milk or even water. Over the counter protein shakes are very thick. No way could I have gotten one of those down postop day 3. I used the powdered mix from the doctor at that stage.

I drank them from day one, even had a frappe on the way home from the hospital, but it would take me 2 or 3 hrs to finish. My doctor told me to just keep sipping. Call yours and ask what they reccomend.

Crystal light for the firsy 4 days. The protein shakes bothered me right after the band. Now I still love them.

I couldn't finish muscle milk til 5 days post op & it still took hours. They are very think. I have a fridge full of different varieties but I'm so protein shaked out. I need something else. I'm gonna try making my own with the powder, yogurt& fruit& see what happens.
