Fell on stomache

I was banded on April 25,2013. I have been doing good since surgery. But yesterday I was standing on a step stool to reach something & I fell of the stool & hit my stomach hard against the counter. It is a little sore today. Is this something I should call my surgeon or just wait.

Was it hit on the side your port is on? I definitely would call in all caution...

No. I have 1 big incision right above my belly button & that is where it was hit

It never hurts to ask, but your band can't be reached and I would think your port site would hurt like he'll if you hit it directly. Be careful and watch it today and call tomorrow if you are having problems!
