New to this site

Hi name is Holly and I am new to this site. I was banded in June of 2003 By dr. Brown in Pueblo Co. I think I am the only person in My city with a lap band. I actually live in New Mexico so I drive about 5 Hours for my fills. Obviously there are no support groups for me here so I use the online ones and have found them very helpful. I just came across this one and am excited to find more support out there. I have lost 40 lbs. but have been stalled for a few months and am ready to get back at it. I have about 30 more to go. I will go for a fill next week and hope to be on the losing track again soon. I look forward to our journey together!

Welcom Holly. It sounds like your LapBand has been working great for you. Congratulations on your weight loss.

I love this forum and feel that I get so much from everyone on this site. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Good Luck!

Hi Holly,
