    So, 2 Keeble Deluxe choc chip Cookies would have a rating of: 2 cookies would require 30 minutes of 3 mph walking. or 20 minutes of moderate-difficult bike riding?

    I doubt it would stop anyone from eating bad food but it would be handy to know?
