I am just amazed at this site, I have been just quietly reading all the informative posts. Everything I ever wondered about lap band has been discussed on here. I have such decreased anxiety about surgery after reading all the posts of what to expect. Especially the consistent reporting of the post op left shoulder pain, if I hadn't joined this site and read that I would've probably thought I was having a heart attack! Knowing what to expect is so helpful and empowering. All the nutritional suggestions and trouble shooting you guys do is amazing. Its so nice to know that after my surgery I can come right here and get answers to the many questions I am sure I will have. I am a nurse, but lap band is not my area of expertise and I am just so thankful I have people to turn to when I start this journey! June 13th can't come soon enough
