Medifast?

Hello! Has anyone used Medifast Meals for meal replacements when on the go? I see they have 11g of protein and offer vitamins. I was thinking of ordering some, but wanted to see if anyone has tried them and if they were any good. It's about $100 for 35 "meals".

This is just my personal opinion, but I wouldn't use them. You can get Protein shakes with twice as much protein. I won't buy shakes unless they have at least 20g of protein. Best wishes.
