I had a huge problem post-op with eating and stuck episodes because of the hernia repair. I actually had my band unfilled completely and let the swelling and "stiffness" of the repair go away. If you are having a feeling in your chest I would say that you may have eaten too much, but I don't know the details of that.

The satisfied feeling you are looking for is when you have eaten and don't have that full feeling, but a satisfied feeling that you are not interested in eating anything else. It's kinda funny when you are eating and then get to a point that something will distract you and you don't go back to eating.

The over full feeling after being banded is really uncomfortable. It's kinda like having pressure pushing up from the bottom of the band.

I hope that helps you out. People are different and describe things differently, so your experiences might differ from mine.

Phase 2 mushy. I went to mushy in the hospital. I know most of u were on liquids much longer than my dr.

I'm guessing you're feeling swelling from surgery. Give it time and go easy and it should subside as you heal.
