popcorn

Is popcorn safe to eat, I have had some bad experience with food and I am afraid to try the one in the bags, by Smartfoods.

I like popcorn and chips but I'm holding out for nutrition...LOVE LOVE LOVE baked Kale chips. Tear fresh kale into large pieces (no stems), put on a cookie sheet, spray with oil, sprinkle with salt.

  • Pop corn is added fiber for me. I don't eat it often, and I can't eat much of it, but I still enjoy it. Popcorn is definitely not a slider food for me. Everyone is different. TMI: it helps me avoid

Since you are in the low carb section I will assume you care about carbs. Popcorn is a definite no. Anything with corn is full of carbs and sugar. Nothing good about any kind of corn except the flavor. :)

The after taste reminds me of potato chips.

Better for you than popcorn!! Yum[/quote']

I have seen a seaweed snack that is very similar to that. Very tasty! I need to try the kale chips for sure.
