Can i eat...

Eggs whites on pre~op diet? I was told soup, even if it has the meat bc it's after banding- so I was thinking egg whites? It has a lot of protein ?

I'm on day 4 of pre-op, surgery is on may 1st- do you know how many i can have? I had one, can it be consider a snack or meal?
