Penicillin & Acidophilus

Hi all,

I am 1 month post-op (lap band with plication) and loving it. Anyway, I have an infection in my tooth and my dentist put me on penicillin for 10 days (4 pills a day)!! As any woman will tell you acidophilus or yogurt is a must when taking antibiotics. I've been crushing them in my pill crusher and taking them with applesauce or sugar free/fat free pudding (spoonfuls at a time). Anyone hear if either penicillin or acidophilus is bad for the band???? I probably should have asked before taking them!
