Need advice

I am 5 months post-op! I have a 10cc band. I got my last fill about 3 months ago and I have lost a lot of weight had no problems what so ever eating! This last 3 weeks I have been regurgitating everyday sometimes everytime I eat. I feel like my food is not going down like it suppose to and I end up regurgitating it back up, it's not a violent regurgitating but I know this is not normal. Sometimes it's hard for me to drink anything without it coming back up. I thought I had Acid Reflux or either I am eating too fast not chewing enough. And I get the hiccups and start to burp! I have health insurance my husbands job changed from Aetna to Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am waiting on my new insurance card to come in so I can go see my Dr. Any advise anyone

Sounds like you're too tight

Stress can trigger sudden tightness of the band

Maybe call your insurance and get your policy # and give that to your doc instead of waiting for the card to come in. When it arrives then just fax it to your doc's office

I'm happy to say I have my group number for Blue Cross Blue Shield, so hopefully I can get in to see my Dr tomorrow! God is good. I tried to eat and still have not been able to keep nothing in me without coming up! Not to mention I am so thirsty but can't hold Water or anything else down.. God help me please, in Jesus name I pray..

call your doctor as soon as you can.

Thanks so much, I am going to call him at 8:00am to go in! This is not right, I feel like I have to burp everytime I drink a little of anything! It's so uncomfortable and I'm so concerned.

I am going to call him at 8am in the morning! I feel so uncomfortable and feel like I have to burp and I regurgitate everytime I try to drink anything or eat anything I am so concerned, I feel stuck and I shouldn't feel like this from siping on Water the eventually comes right back up. Praying morning comes quick I'm so thirsty but can't keep anything down.

I agree please call your doctor. Even if you have to do self pay of wait to be reimbursed your health is to important to put off.

same thing happened to me resently and I had to have it all taken out get my second fill today it has been hard holding on but I have...good luck to you and pls let us know.
