Got banded. Today!

Hi everyone, I got banded today. Everything went great. My surgery started at 7:45 am and I was home by 1:30. I even came home and walked a 1/2 mile outside. My question is, did anyone else feel no restriction right away? They filled me with 3 cc in surgery and I honestly already feel like I could chew foods and eat. Is this normal?

Congrats on being banded, personally I had no hunger till about the fourth week, then hunger returned with a vengeance. I had 4.2 cc's put in my band on day of surgery.

We are all different some have the hunger return earlier than others.

Keep your walking up as that will aid your recovery and best wishes to you in your new journey!
