Question

I'm having surgery on April 26th and I started my diet but I don't know for sure how to do this so if someone can give me their opinion. Yesterday my total intake was

Cal 1200

Protein 85g

Carbs 91g

This was totals for everything I ate. Am I in the right range? Thank you

There is no "right" range. Everyone is different and has different needs If this is what your nutritionist recommends then this is what is right for you.

Check with your nutritionist.he carb count seems high to me.

You really need to get the information you seek from your doctor or nutritionist. We are all different as are all of our doctors. Congrats on starting your journey!
