I have such a hard time for years with my weigh. My highest was 301. I plan on having the surgery, but have some concern. Diet, Exercise. I am kinda scared.

Go to the hospital near you that has meetings and talk and learn there. I did and decided on the band. I still go every month to the meetings and they are super. The band is a tool and the 2 of you work together. I now go to the gym 4-6 times a week and really enjoy going. All surgery can be scary Ask any of us on this site any questions and we will try to answer and be honest. Good luck.
