I'm new to the forum & wanted to share that I'm attending my first seminar tomorrow for lapband. I'm very excited & ready to change my life for the greater good!!

I went to the similar! Still feeling really positive about this. Just torn between lapband & the gastric sleeve. It seems that many lapband patients are converting to the sleeve now. I'm still trying to decide.

My husband went with me to the seminar last night. It is a lot to process. I believe that I am having to go the route of several months of medically supervised diet before any surgery will take place. As long as my weight goes down and I start feeling better - that is OK with me. I didn't get heavy overnight! My best wishes to you in whatever you decide.
