pre-op diet

I started my pre-op diet last Wednesday. The first two days were the hardest now its been ok. I feel full from my shakes. I was wondering how important it is to consume all the calories that they say. I never seem to get my 200 cal snacks in. I try at dinner to use them there. just not sure if it makes a difference.
